Issouf Soumaré participated as a plenary speaker at the 5th African Actuarial Congress

Our research partner of ESRC-DFID Inclusive Finance ProjectIssouf Soumaré (Université Laval, Canada) participated in the 5th African Actuarial Congress as a plenary speaker from 15 to 16 March 2018, delivering a talk on “Cross border banking and financial innovation in Africa: New trends and their implications for financial inclusion”.

He said: "I’m absolutely delighted to be among the plenary speakers at the 5th African Actuarial Congress organised by the Moroccan Association of Actuaries (AMA) and the International Actuarial Society (IAA) in Casablanca, Morocco, from 15 to 16 March 2018.
